2-1/2" Cat-back exhaust System

Down pipe:
When using stock Fiero header system, the stock down pipe is used with a 2" to 2-1/2" adapter coupled to the 2-1/2" Cat. When using the WCF header systems, the down pipe is 2-1/2" to match the WCF 2-1/2" header Y pipe.

Catalytic Converter:
The WCF Catalytic converter can be ordered in 2.0", 2-1/4", 2-1/2", 2-3/4" and 3.0" piping size. The Cat is installed with slip-fit to the piping and may be secured with U-clamps or weld.

WCF 2" - 3" Cat-Back Exhaust System:
This system is manufactured with 16 gauge 1018 Steel or 304 Stainless Steel.
Mandrel bent tubing is used from the down pipe to the muffler outlets.

The Muffler used is the WCF Spintek Muffler. Our Flowmaster muffler may be substituted at additional cost.

Mounting:
The WCF Exhaust System uses the stock, flexible Exhaust Tip Hangers with an additional hanger as pictured above. The mounting springs are no longer used. This mounting system uses the rear exhaust hangers to support the muffler and is more than adequate to support the system, allowing some flexibility for system movement.

Finish:
The completed steel exhaust system is shipped in raw steel.

This Exhaust System was designed to replace the stock Fiero system with the minimum amount of plumbing and heat increase in the Engine compartment, with the best possible horsepower gain under these parameters.

This system was originally designed to work with the modified Fiero engines, and other aggressive Fiero engine conversions with larger cubic capacity.

This Exhaust System will work well with Engines which are not 'highly modified', but still want the aggressive sound of a much larger engine.

They work extremely well on semi-stock 2.8, 3.1 and 3.4's, and engine swaps.
