These super headers give your Fiero engine the breathing room to perform as it was designed to perform.

Horsepower increases of 5% to 10% can be experienced to quickly take you from zero to three digits speeds. On a Dyno, this represents an increase of between 7 to 15 horsepower or more, depending on engine size.

These headers will give your engine significant torque and power increases in the 1500 to 5500 rpm range.

The head pipes are made of 1-1/2" 16-gauge steel tubing with 3/8" flanges. The "Y" pipes are made of 2" 16-gauge tubing connected to the collectors by 3-bolt exhaust flange and to the 2" exhaust system with a stock 2 bolt flange and cone seal.

Pictured at left are headers with additional Marmon clamps and additional ceramic coating. Header System come as raw metal. They may be painted with high-temperature paint by installer.

Please Note:

It is extremely important that all Exhaust Systems be installed with minimum amount of weight on
the header system. Excessive movement of the engine due to bad mounts, high output engines
with stock Fiero mounts, can cause excessive engine movement. This movement can lead to
excessive strain on the header system and cause cracking to the headers.

Proper suspension of the exhaust system with minimal stress being placed on the headers from the
exhaust system, is, therefore of utmost importance.
