| Pictured
above is our 1-5/8" Stainless Steel header system with a 2-1/4" "Y" pipe
going to a 3" Exhaust flange. System above is configured with
Marman clamps. The headers are constructed with mandrel bent tubing and TIG welded throughout. These Headers were developed to put the Exhaust outlet of the 'Y' pipe into the approximate position as the stock Fiero Exhaust System. This facilitates the use of a Catalytic Converter and Muffler in the stock locations when doing a 3.8 Engine conversion. This header system will exhibit a significant increase in performance over the stock 3800 Exhaust System. This is especially evident when installing a 3.8 supercharged Engine into your Fiero. |
