We strive to build the best
headers for your stock Fiero and many of the engine conversions installed.
Pictured at left is one of our custom, stainless steel racing headers for
racing applications. We build custom, one-off header systems for
customer requirements as well as standard headers.
Building equal length headers for the stock Fiero configuration and still
have them fit with sufficient clearance into the engine compartment is a
real challenge with the Fiero. Extra piping adds more heat into the
engine compartment and along with it the danger of overheating and burning
wiring, cables and hoses in the engine compartment.
All of our headers have been
test fit on the appropriate engine and in our engine compartment fixture to
insure proper clearances and fit.
The longer the tubes and closer to equal length, the better the performance.
The WCF Short headers are designed to have maximum output with minimum heat
and clearance issues in the engine compartment.
The 2.8 / 3.1 / 3.4 headers are designed to work with the stock Fiero
exhaust system or the WCF Cat-back system on our Exhaust pages.
We offer our headers systems to be interconnected with a 3-bolt flange
system or our custom WCF Marmen style clamping system.
