Injector controllers
 
When performance enhancing your engine through supercharging or conventional engine building, fuel enrichment is a must.  Adding larger injectors and having someone else program a new computer chip to control fuel delivery of your new performance engine is nearly impossible.  Proper fuel curves are best arrived at by you personally managing fuel delivery for your application.

Using extra injector control enables you to use your stock injectors and stock ECU for your normal street driving.  When extra performance is needed from your engine, these extra injector controllers can be programmed by you to add the desired extra amount of fuel necessary for your added engine performance.

• Closed Loop Boost Control

Use either the factory or after-market solenoid and schedule your own boost map, with taper if required (sixteen zones). Either 2 or 3 port solenoids suitable, 3 port solenoids are preferable.
• Auxiliary Fuel Control
Add up to six extra injectors for fully mapped (96 zone) auxiliary fuel from full vacuum to high boost right across the RPM range (3D).
• RPM Switching
User configurable drive. Use for your shift light something else.

• Ignition Retard

Reprogram the ignition advance curve. Factory ignition timing on distributor based systems can be modified in order to control the detonation (knock). The TurboLink applies a precision mapped (96) zone) programmable delay on the signal between the factory ECU and the factory igniter.

  For both the professional installer and the amateur. Use the Link Remote Tuning Module for the AFMLink, TurboLink, InterceptLink, as well as all Wire-In and Plug-In Link Engine Management Systems.

This controller accesses all functions of the system and enables tuning to the particular application. The Link Tuning Module has a backlit LCD screen with backlit buttons and labels for easy use, day and night.

The Remote Tuning Module is light in weight, powered by the Link ECU and can be operated with one hand enabling one person to drive and tune simultaneously.

Power Link Additional Injection/Extra Fuel Computer
 

Need extra fuel? The new PowerLink 200 will add it for you.

The PowerLink 200 precisely controls extra injectors to give your engine the additional fuel it requires. The PowerLink 200 is a cost effective, analogue, stand alone unit that won’t effect your factory ECU. You decide at what point the PowerLink 200 starts and how much fuel is added from that point. Onset and rate are set by adjusting internal trimmers. As the PowerLink 200 is an analogue computer the Link Tuning module is not necessary.

  Tuning for optimum power requires a richer ratio that tuning for optimum economy.  With a typical engine the best power occurs near a 12.5:1 air-fuel ratio (gasoline).  In the same engine, the best fuel economy occurs near a 15.5:1 air-fuel ratio (gasoline).

Whether tuning for power or economy, a properly set-up fuel system will give a richer reading during acceleration and a leaner reading during deceleration than the optimum numbers above.

Use your Haltuner as an instrument to evaluate the effect of tuning changes or as an indication of maintenance problems such as a dirty air filter.  Haltuner can be used as a safety device to notify the driver of a lean mixture that may cause engine damage,

The WCF additional injector mount.
  The additional injector mount is manufactured from 6061 billet aluminum.  The mount comes with 1/8" pipe thread for fuel fittings.  The bracket handles the standard, generic GM type injectors.

Bracket shown at left is a single injector holder.
Also available in double injector configuration.

This unit can easily be welded to various size intake tubes or directly to your input application (adapter, manifold, etc.)

Injectors are available in all sizes up to 96 lbs./hr.
(1000 cc/hr).
